NorthStar Alliance is currently licensed in the states of Hawaii, Colorado, California, Nevada and are in the process of obtaining licensing in the states of New Jersey, Oregon, Arizona and Washington. A diversification opportunity provided by the State of Hawaii allowed NorthStar to develop a pilot program for the Department of Human Services, known as the State Employment Empowerment Program, provides qualified candidates a chance to be thoroughly taught, trained and gain the essential experience needed to secure suitable long term employment in Hawaii. NorthStar provides extensive training, utilizing highly skilled and experienced specialists in their respective fields to provide “hands-on” instruction, to those individuals selected from the many families who have been formerly relying on various state assistance living programs.
